Updates:

I am having a problem downloading the software!
Current Members: If  Upgrading, you must close the current version if it is running. Locate the white circle in the bottom right of your PC in your system tray. Right-Click on the icon and choose EXIT. You are now set to upgrade and install.

New Members:
If you are having problems downloading the software it may be because of your firewall, antivirus program, or spyblocker. You should disable it for this or adjust your settings. If you use a firewall and your settings are too high the program will not install and the site will not function for you. Other members will see you Ad but you will only earn credits by purchasing or downline credits earned. I do not offer ANY support for this issue as I am not familiar with the different software's on the market or firewall settings. Please refer to your software manual.

Where does the file get downloaded: There is currently no DEFAULT folder. The software will be downloaded to the last folder you downloaded to in the past. It could be "My Documents" or c:\program files or c:\Aol\downloads or something like that. You should OVERRIDE the DEFAULT folder and save the software to your Desktop to find it easier and make it easier to launch when needed. It does not start after download so you need to locate it and double click on it. The file looks like a white circle similar to the ones that the cartoon characters talk with in the Sunday comics.

If you follow the directions in the Download Software section of the members area, it will show you how to change the folder to your desktop to make it easier to locate the file.

The file Does Not Automatically Start after download. You need to double click on it to start it. Then you will have to login one-time when you see your first Ad.

If your Ad opens it the same Pop-Up window!
That is because your Ad needs the HTML with a tag that reads _Blank. That tell the hyperlink to open in a new window. But fear not. We added a safe guard. If you Ad opens in the same window, members with version 1.06 and higher can resize your Ad or Maximize it to a full page. Here is what you need to do to fix the problem. (This occurs to members that paste their own HTML rather then using the editor at the site.)

Bad HTML (Ads will Not open in a new window and people will not be able to see your website in the little Box.)

Your Ad Says Click Here This is the wrong HTML to have:
    <a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com">Click Here</a>

Correct HTML (To open in a new window.)

Your Ad Says Click Here This is the HTML you would have:

     <a target="_blank" href="http://www.yourwebsite.com">Click Here</a>

Make sure your replace
<a href= with
<a target="_blank" href=
in the HTML section of your Ad.
To view your HTML make sure you click where it shows the icon <> on the editor.

Why do I have to Login to the Pop up box. Is this an Ad?
We now are using a cookie system that will be added. So you will now need to SIGN-IN just ONE-TIME to see your Ads for the first time. That way the system can give you credits. You will not have to do that again. If you do however, clear your browser cookies then you will have to login again just once again. Most people never clear their cookies on their PC. If you do not know what a browser cookie is, no need to worry. The system takes care of it all for you.  This is not a members Ad for you to opt-in. You system will not work with out signing in.

Also, please note that you may have multiple accounts if you like to have ads rotate. As you log in and log out you need to chose which email account you want to credit for your views. So by logging in, that is how the system knows to offer you credits.
[top]

I no longer see my Ad.
When anyone views your Ad you lose 10 Pts. If you view your Ad you lose 10 Pts as well. Many members have complained that they did not want to lose impression credits on their own view. So with the new version 1.06 and higher your own Ad will never be wasted by viewing the Ad yourself.
[top]

I keep seeing many of the same ads a lot
Remember that it takes 5 views for a member to earn an Ad view. So what your are seeing is a rotation of members with tremendous downlines with an overflow of credits. The system starts back to member #1 and goes down the list and displays an Ad for any member with more then 10 credits. The Ad is targeted and displayed to members of the same category. So it may seem as there are fewer Ads then you would imagine but you may just be a a smaller Ad category.

During major promotion such as site launch, members are earning credits faster then they can be shown as there downline grows. This is called the pre-saturation point. But over time, usually 1 week the overflow of credits will die out.

Also note that many members purchase credits. If a member has 50,000 credits (5000 Ads) you may see that members Ad rotated very often. Members can also have large credits in reserve as a result of a contest award.

When there are less and less members with massive amounts of credits you will see the Admin's (Site Owner's) default Ad. That Ad may display up to 50% of the time during these times.

Ads are only shown to members that are online at the time. Therefore those are the members currently earning credits. So you may see their Ads rotating as they see yours. You should never really see your Ad because of a system we put in place not to waste your credits.

Finally, you only view Ads from members in your Ad category. So although there are many members rotating, if you are in a category of only 15 people, and they have not yet earned enough credits to display and Ad, you may start seeing an over abundance of Ads from members with excessive credits in reserve. But that is just the exposure that any member would want. If you are seeing many of the same Ads, so is everyone else. That is because the owner of that Ad is either earning massive credits form his/her huge downline, or they won a contest or purchased credits, or received free credits as part of a JV promotion.
